PREPARING FOR YOUR TRIP...

Check In/Out Time:
Check In time is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Check Out time is before 11:00 AM.

​

Early Check In:
Early Check In is based on availability. If the room is available, there is a $30 Early Check In Fee. Prior to 6 AM is considered the night before. 

 

Late Check out:

Check out time is anytime before 11:00 AM. $10 late fees/hour will apply and another nights payment must be made if staying past  2 PM. 

Items Needed At Check In:

A valid ID and valid credit card (with sufficient funds of at least $100) for incidentals will be required at check-in. All vehicles need to be registered. Rooms are paid for in full at check in.

Cancellation Policy:
For standard reservations, guests must cancel 24 hours prior to 3:00 PM EST to avoid penalties. 
Special cancellation policies may apply to different rate plans (e.g. Advance Purchase reservations are non-refundable)

Reservations booked through Third Parties must be modified or cancelled through the same third party.

Minimum Age:
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

​

Housekeeping:

Stayover service is limited. We're happy to provide service upon request or provide additional towels/amenities at the front desk. 

​

Pool: Our seasonal pool is currently open as weather permits.

​

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed for a charge of $10/pet/night plus a $100 refundable damage deposit. Up to 2 pets/room.

Emotional Service Animals are not considered Service Animals per the ADA and are subject to fees above. We must be informed of all animals that will be on property.

Package Receiving Policy/Guidelines:

If you wish to have us receive a package, please ensure the name on the package matches the reservation booked and have the package arrive within 2 days of your arrival date. We have limited storage space so please do inform us prior to sending packages so we can confirm that we can receive them. Send us an email to let us know: customerservice@bricklodgeatl.com. Thanks!
